Ø Accepting an appointment :

· Yes, no problem

Ø Canceling an appointment :

· Yes I want, but I can’t.

· This time no.

· I’m afraid I have to postpone my appointment with …

Ø Changing an appointment :

· Could we change the day (time) of the meeting ?

· Is that OK, if we meet at 10.00 tomorrow morning.
