Surprises or disbeliefs is an expression that we show/say when we know/hear/see something that rather difficult to believe.

That’s a surprise!	It is.
That’s very surprising!	Yup!
Really?	Sure.
What?	It’s true
Are you serious? You must be joking!	I’m serious.
You’re kidding!	No, I’m not
Fancy that!	It is
I must say it surprises me.	Does it?
I find it hard to believe.	It  Is, isn’t it?

Example :

Mei         : Whose motorbike is that ?

Ricko     : It’s Desnia’s

Mei         : Are you kidding me ?

Ricko     : No, I’m not. I saw her riding that motorbike this morning.

Mei         : What a surprise
